Installation and initial settings
Install the add-on, verify the licence and the e-Logo account, and try everything in test mode first.
Requirements
- WISECP 5.0-beta.2 or later (tested with 5.0-beta.3), PHP 8.1 or later.
- PHP extensions: cURL, OpenSSL, Zip, DOM and mbstring.
- An e-Logo web service account (user / company code and password). For testing, e-Logo’s pb-demo environment is used.
- Invoice taxation must be enabled in WISECP.
- The Paraşüt add-on must be disabled; to prevent the same invoice from being formalised twice, the add-on does not save its settings while Paraşüt is active.
- A working WISECP cron task (sending, status tracking and the automatic sweep are processed through this queue).
Install the add-on
- Get the licence. Order the Hostimor | e-Logo licence on hostimor.com for the domain of your WISECP licence; the licence is free.
- Take a backup. Make sure you have file and database backups.
- Install. Install the add-on from the WISECP Marketplace; WISECP creates the
coremio/modules/Addons/HostimorELogofolder itself. If you downloaded the package from your hostimor.com client area, upload the folder to the same path. - Open the settings. Open the Tools › Addons › Hostimor | e-Logo › Settings page.
- Check the licence card. On the Licence card at the top of the page, the status should be Active and package integrity Verified; press Re-check if needed.
Hostimor | e-Logo 1.2.0 was published on the WISECP Marketplace on 24 October 2026. The installation package and later updates come from the Marketplace. The licence is free and is obtained from hostimor.com.
e-Logo account
With Test Mode on, the add-on connects to the e-Logo test environment (pb-demo); with it off, it connects to the live address. The service address is selected automatically. User / Company Code and Password are your e-Logo web service credentials. The password is stored encrypted in WISECP; do not share it in screenshots or support tickets.
Seller (company) details
These are the details shown as the seller on the invoice; when you first open the page, they are filled in from WISECP’s invoice details. Tax No (VKN / TCKN) must match the number on your e-Logo account: a 10-digit tax number (VKN) for companies, an 11-digit national ID number (TCKN) for sole proprietorships. For a sole proprietorship, the company name is the owner’s full name; the last word is used as the surname. Tax office, address, district, city, postal code, phone, email and website are carried over to the invoice.
Invoice settings
| Setting | What it does |
|---|---|
| e-Invoice Scenario | Basic: final once the invoice has been delivered. Commercial: the buyer may accept or reject it within 8 days. Applies only to buyers registered for e-Invoice (e-Fatura). |
| 0% VAT Reason Code (Domestic) | For items sold domestically without VAT. 351 (non-exempt other) is sent as a sales invoice; if you enter any other exemption code, the invoice type becomes exemption (İSTİSNA). |
| Export Exemption Code | Customers abroad are invoiced with an e-Archive (e-Arşiv) invoice, VKN 2222222222 and 0% VAT. 302 (service export) for hosting, server, domain and software services. |
| e-Invoice / e-Archive Design UUID | Recommended: an e-Logo ready-made design (logo of the Revenue Administration (GİB), QR code, signature). Details below. If left empty, the add-on’s own design is used. |
| Invoice Note | Optional; added to the notes field of every invoice (for example, bank / IBAN details). |
Link an e-Logo ready-made design
- Choose a design. In the e-Logo portal, go to Tasarımlar › Hazır Tasarım Aracı (Designs › Ready-made Design Tool) and click Ön Değer Ata (Set as default) on a design.
- Copy the ETTN. In the Tasarımlar › Tasarım Aracı (Designs › Design Tool) list, copy the value in that design’s ETTN (unique document ID) column.
- Paste it into the settings. Paste the values into the separate e-Invoice and e-Archive fields and save.
The “Ön Değer” (default) design in the portal is not applied automatically to documents sent through the web service; if no design UUID is entered, the add-on adds its own design to the document. Test and live accounts have different design ETTNs.
Try it in test mode
In test mode, documents go to the e-Logo test environment and are not official: they are not shown to the customer and no email is sent. The admin invoice card shows the Test document, not official label. When you turn test mode off, these invoices are marked Test document; send again for live on the card and can be sent to e-Logo again.
Go-live checklist
- Turn off test mode. Turn off Test Mode in the settings.
- Enter the live account details. Save the live e-Logo user / company code and password.
- Link the live designs. Enter the e-Invoice and e-Archive design ETTNs of the live account.
- Choose the mode. Choose manual or automatic formalisation; in automatic mode, only invoices paid after the mode was switched on are formalised.
- Watch the first invoice. Formalise an invoice and check that the card moves to Official and PDF attached and that the document appears on the customer’s invoice.
Disabling and removing
You can disable the add-on on the Tools › Addons screen and delete the coremio/modules/Addons/HostimorELogo folder. The details of issued documents and the official PDFs stay on the invoices.
