Free lifetime licence, support period, licence card and updates through the WISECP Marketplace.
Licence and fees
The Hostimor | e-Logo licence is free: it is issued for the domain of your WISECP licence for life and obtained from hostimor.com. The first 6 months of support and new versions are included. When that period ends, the add-on keeps working; for new versions and support, get a 6 or 12-month Support and Update Pack. A pack obtained after the period has ended starts on the payment date.

Licence card
The Licence card at the top of the Tools › Addons › Hostimor | e-Logo › Settings page shows the status, licensed domain, licence type, support and update expiry, last check, add-on and WISECP version, and package integrity. Re-check checks the licence and the package files immediately; Manage on hostimor.com takes you to your service.
How is the licence verified?
Verification sends only the WISECP licence domain, the add-on and WISECP versions, the panel language and a one-time verification code to https://www.hostimor.com/hostimor-elogo.php; no invoice, customer or e-Logo account data is sent. The response is signed and bound to the domain.
Pages do not wait for the licence server: the add-on’s scheduled task carries out the verification once a day. If the server cannot be reached, the last valid verification remains valid for 8 days.
If the licence cannot be verified
If no licence is found, or the add-on files do not match the signed package list, only the issuing of new e-Invoice (e-Fatura) / e-Archive (e-Arşiv) documents stops; status tracking, PDFs and cancellations of documents already issued keep working. The card shows the reason: domain, connection or modified files.
Updating through the Marketplace
- Open the notification. When a new version is published, WISECP shows a notification in the admin area; the same button also appears on the Licence card.
- Update. With Update Now, WISECP’s own update wizard installs the new version. Your settings (
config.php) and the details of issued documents are kept. - Check. Check the version and package integrity on the Licence card.
If you dismissed the notification, you can bring it back with Settings › Automation › Tasks › Product Version Updater › Run Now. Do not copy the package over the folder by hand: the default config.php in the package would replace your settings. Downloading requires an active licence and support period.
When the support period ends
The add-on keeps working. If you need to reinstall, the Download button in your hostimor.com client area provides the last version released within your support period. For new versions, get a Support and Update Pack.
Domain change
You change the domain yourself in the licence service in your hostimor.com client area. The first change is free; further changes are purchased as an additional service. After the change, press Re-check on the add-on’s Licence card.
