1.1.0 was released on 24 October 2026. The approved encrypted installation package and updates are provided through the WISECP Marketplace. Licences are on sale through Hostimor; downloads need an active domain licence and update entitlement.
New in 1.1.0 (24 October 2026): the licence structure shared by all Hostimor products; no installation key is entered, and the licence is verified against the domain of your WISECP licence. A lifetime usage licence for one domain and updates for the first 6 calendar months are included. The AI provider’s API fees are separate. On 1.1.0 no installation key is entered; after purchase and service activation, the licence is issued for the domain of your WISECP licence. Approved encrypted packages and approved updates are distributed through the WISECP Marketplace; downloads depend on a domain licence and an update entitlement.
What’s new in 1.0.15
- Separate chat identities: A guest chat is not moved to a customer account automatically when the visitor signs in or registers. When the session changes, the previous conversation and any unsent draft are cleared from the screen.
- Ending without taking over: An authorised administrator can end a waiting or AI conversation. Another operator’s active conversation stays under that operator’s control.
- Accurate unread badges: Once waiting, AI and completed conversations have been read, the message badge is cleared. Tab counts show the total number of conversations.
- Deleted tab and restore: Completed conversations are deleted in a way that can be undone. Messages, attachments and support ticket receipts are kept; restoring does not reopen the conversation.
- Mobile management: Conversation action buttons line up on narrow screens; in the workspace view, room is kept for the message box.
These features are included in the released 1.0.15 package. To enable them on your existing installation, update to the approved package; check your licence’s update entitlement.
Support display name and paid branding customisation
Use the Appearance → Support display name field to edit, free of charge, the business name shown on the welcome screen and above automated replies. This field does not change the operators’ individual names.
To hide the Hostimor | İsa Güngör attribution below the chat, or to replace it with your own text / HTTPS link, you need the separate Branding Customization add-on: 2,499 TL + VAT / 12 months. The entitlement is tied to a single main domain licence in the same client account. While the add-on is active, the footer options on the Appearance page are unlocked. After purchase or renewal, verify the licence on the Licence page.
If it is not renewed at the end of the term, the Hostimor footer returns automatically; your saved custom preferences are not deleted. The main lifetime usage licence and the update period are independent of this add-on. It does not grant the right to remove the WISECP Powered by area or source copyright notices. These fields are available from version 1.0.14; earlier installations must be updated with the appropriate package.
Explore the 1.1.0 interface
The images were taken with the real chat interface of version 1.1.0 in a separate demo environment using sample data. They contain no real customer details or API keys. The AI replies are examples; no paid provider calls were made for these images.
1.0.14 review fixes
- On a new installation, a Fully Authorized administrator can access the add-on; other administrator groups are limited to the permissions you select.
- Package integrity is verified automatically after an update, a move or a missing record; normal pages use the cache.
- Encrypted support messages are never decrypted; they are not included in the AI context or in the administrator’s account overview.
- The account overview checks the service, order and support viewing permissions separately. beta.2 support ticket compatibility, visitor IP detection and ZIP permissions have been fixed.
14 October 2026 fix: while WISECP copies files one by one, a temporary failed integrity result can occur. This result is cached for at most 60 seconds; once that time has passed, the next visitor check or the per-minute task scans again. If files are genuinely corrupted, the chat does not open until they pass verification. Normal requests on verified packages do not repeat the full scan.
The corrected 1.0.14 package was resubmitted for review on 14 October and published on the Marketplace on 16 October 2026. New licences are on sale through Hostimor.
