Client area and branding
Bring the client area your customers see in line with your website colours.
Colour matching
1.3.16: Tema ayarları → Müşteri paneli → “Müşteri panelinde site renklerini otomatik kullan” (Theme settings → Client area → “Use website colours automatically in the client area”). 1.3.14: Hostimor ayarları → Müşteri paneli ve yardımcı bağlantılar → “Site renklerini takip et” (Hostimor settings → Client area and helper links → “Follow the site colours”).
When the option is on, the client area uses the site colours. For an independent look, turn it off and set the primary, secondary and menu background colours separately.
Logo and small icon
In 1.3.16, upload the client area logos under Tema ayarları → Marka ve iletişim → Logo ve site ikonu (Theme settings → Brand and contact → Logo and site icon; in 1.3.14: Theme/Customization → Logo/Branding). Use the Favicon field for the compact client menu icon and the browser tab. For the logo used in the dark menu, check the night (dark mode) logo.
If the old icon still appears after you change the site icon, the browser’s favicon cache may be delaying the change; open the page again in a new tab.
Screens to check
Check the service list, service details, order, invoice and support screens. Pay attention to text legibility, button contrast and how the menu works on mobile.
1.3.16: The design, structure and features of the client area are developed by WISECP; the theme editor does not list client area pages or texts. In the client area, the theme only provides colour matching and the menu type (top or side menu); when WISECP releases a new client area, these two options are adapted to it in a theme update.
Collapsed menu icon
The icon used in the collapsed side menu comes from the Site ikonu (favicon) (Site icon) field. In 1.3.16 it is under Tema ayarları → Marka ve iletişim → Logo ve site ikonu (Theme settings → Brand and contact → Logo and site icon); in 1.3.14 under Theme/Customization → Logo/Branding → Website → Favicon. The client area logo and the favicon are separate images. Upload your own site icon to this field, then refresh the cache and check the collapsed menu.
Appearance and brand colours
The light/dark preference is applied together across the website, sign-in/registration and the client area. You can adapt the colours to your brand identity in the theme settings. Light, dark and automatic appearance guide →
