Installation and initial setup

Before you start

• A valid WISECP licence and WISECP 5.0-beta.3 (the minimum and tested version for 1.4.0).
• An active Hostimor theme licence tied to the installation’s domain, and the right to download.
• PHP 8.2, an up-to-date ionCube Loader, OpenSSL and cURL; outbound HTTPS for licence activation.
• Correct server time, suitable file permissions and administrator access.

Get the approved 1.4.0 package from the WISECP Marketplace. Use the archive without modifying it.

1. Upload the package

1. Back up your current installation. Create a restore point for the files and the database.
2. Sign in to the WISECP admin area. Open Settings → Theme/Customization → Manage Theme.
3. Use the Import Theme option. Select the installation ZIP file you were given and wait until the process finishes.
4. Activate the Hostimor theme. Check the name and version under Theme Details.

Package and licence setup

Upload the installation ZIP file as it is. The theme files are in the templates/website/HostimorTheme/ directory (1.3.x: templates/website/Hostimor/). Do not add an extra outer folder.

The approved installation package and updates come from the WISECP Marketplace. You do not enter a separate Hostimor update key. Downloading and re-downloading require an active domain licence and an active support/update entitlement. After installation, check the licence status and version under Theme Details.

Information files in the package (1.4.0): installation, update, removal, licence card and support information is collected in the Turkish OKUBENI.txt and the English README.txt; third-party components are listed in ATTRIBUTION.txt and the licenses/ folder, and UPDATE and VERSION are kept. As 1.4.0 is installed in a new folder, the files in the 1.3 folder do not affect the new theme’s package check.

2. Adapt it to your brand

1.3.16 and later: when you open Settings → Theme/Customization → Manage Theme → Hostimor → Settings, the theme editor opens. On the Tema ayarları (Theme settings) tab:

• Marka ve iletişim (Brand and contact): logo and site icon, company and contact details, search engine settings, sign-in screen image.
• Renkler ve yerleşim (Colours and layout): ready-made colour combinations, brand colours, light/dark default appearance, content width.
• Müşteri paneli (Client area): client area colours and menu layout.

Then, on the Sayfa bölümleri (Page sections) tab, edit the home page sections, slides and cards with your own content. Publish home page changes to the site with Yayınla (Publish) in the top bar.

1.3.14: save your company details under Settings → General and your logos under Theme/Customization → Logo/Branding. For colours, use Manage Theme → Hostimor → Settings; create your menu, slide, page and category records and select them in the theme options.

3. Final check

• Do the home page, hosting, server and domain links open correctly?
• Are the headings, icons and submenus visible in the mobile menu?
• Do the footer, agreement and contact links point to your own site?
• Do prices, billing periods and stock information match the product records?
• Do the client area logo and colours match your brand?
• 1.3.16: have you published the home page changes with Yayınla (Publish)?

The package does not contain customer, order, invoice or server account records, or your site’s content records. Manage these in your own WISECP admin area.

Removing the theme

1. Take a backup of the files and the database; keep your custom content and images separately.
2. Activate another installed theme on the WISECP Manage Theme screen.
3. Once Hostimor is no longer active, remove only the Hostimor theme directory; do not delete WISECP core, customer or order data.

Removing the theme does not automatically cancel your Hostimor service or licence. Contact support for licence matters.

Installation and configuration service

The first theme installation and basic configuration are free once per licence. Open a support ticket from your active Hostimor theme service. The service covers uploading the theme to your existing WISECP installation, activating it, applying the logo/colours you provide, menu and home page section settings, and a basic check of the appearance.

After the first job is completed, each further reinstallation and basic configuration request is charged at 999 TL / job. A job covers a single licensed domain. Installing the WISECP software, server migration, product/data entry, custom design, code development and third-party module installation are assessed separately. Investigating errors caused by the theme is covered by active support and is not the same as the reinstallation fee.
